Nothing extreme, nothing that isn’t manageable long term. Just small, consistent actions that add up over time.

Our May goal is 8,000-10,000 steps per day. Walking is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.

Want to see change? ⬇️

5 things to focus on moving into summer if you really want to see change 👇

1. Lift weights 2-3x a week 🏋️‍♀️
Progressive overload = doing a little more than last week. One extra rep. A tiny bit more weight. That’s it.
▸ Builds lean muscle, boosts your metabolism, strengthens your bones

2. Focus on nutrition 🥗
80% whole foods, 20% flexible. Protein goal: .7g–1g per lb of bodyweight. Just starting out? Begin at the lower end.
▸ Keeps you full, preserves muscle, supports recovery

3. Move your body daily 🚶‍♀️
Small walks add up more than you think. Becoming less sedentary is a game changer.
▸ Reduces stress, improves mood, supports heart health

4. Prioritize sleep 😴
This is when your body actually rebuilds.
▸ Speeds up recovery, keeps hunger & stress hormones balanced

5. Have fun chasing your goals 🙌
No extremes. No burnout. Just maintainable habits you can do week after week - forever and ever, amen.

And one more thing ➡️ give it time!!⏳

Hi! I’m so excited to bring Pilates to East Beach Training Studio. As a longtime client of the studio myself, I believe Pilates and Strength Training are perfect complements and can help you create a well-rounded, hugely impactful fitness routine.

I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2022, and design tailored programs based on classical Pilates that emphasize….

My classes are built to leave clients feeling more mobile, flexible, and grounded — both physically and mentally.
