Each month we’re going to pick one simple, sustainable habit to focus on together.
Nothing extreme, nothing that isn’t manageable long term. Just small, consistent actions that add up over time.
First challenge: less sitting, more moving🚶♀️
Our May goal is 8,000-10,000 steps per day. Walking is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.

Hi! I’m so excited to bring Pilates to East Beach Training Studio. As a longtime client of the studio myself, I believe Pilates and Strength Training are perfect complements and can help you create a well-rounded, hugely impactful fitness routine.
I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2022, and design tailored programs based on classical Pilates that emphasize….
