As another season is about to begin just a reminder for all returning and new families, although we all love our pets they do not need to be at Fleet Park Little League. Do not bring your pet to the facility or you will be asked to leave for the safety of all parties. Thank you all

We need your help, please step up and volunteer to be a team manager. The season can’t start until we have managers for the teams. We need your help

As of today we need the following

1 coach pitch manager
4 minor managers
1 50/70
1 senior baseball

Please log into the system and voluteer for
Manager on your account. If you have any reservations this league is built on community and we will do it all together but we need your help

Fleet Park’s Senior Baseball Tournament run comes to an end
Florida (Boca Raton) 10
Fleet Park 4

The game was a tight battle through 5 innings. With the score tied at 2 going into the top 5th, Florida hit a 2 run HR. Fleet pushed 1 run across in the bottom of the 5th to keep it 4-3. Florida broke out to score 6 runs in the top of the 6th and proved to be a deficit that couldn’t be overcome.

The game ends a tournament run that started over a month ago on June 13. They finished the tournament with a 10-2 record and the third deepest run for Fleet Park Senior baseball.

This game also marked the end of Little League careers for many players. Thank you kiddos for representing Fleet Park, District 8 and Virginia. You guys did an amazing job. It was great to see other teams at the tournament rally behind you. That’s a testament to the player’s and Fleet Park Community’s character.

Thank you to the players and families for your efforts and making the experience memorable. You truly are a special group.
