Unfortunately there was not enough interest for the coaching opportunities, so TAA will not be participating in the 2022 indoor Futsal season taking place November 19 - December 17, 2022. This friday 10/28 is the last day to sign up to be a coach for the 2022 Indoor futsal season! Please reach out if interested.

Looking for anyone interested in coaching a 7u, 10u or 12u indoor futsal team for games scheduled for Nov 19th – Dec 17th (Saturdays - excluding Thanksgiving Weekend) and can be available to coach practices beginning Nov 7th.

The city of Norfolk has gotten approval to start up Rec Sports post-covid. TAA is reaching out to those interested in coaching for a (mini) indoor soccer (Futsal) season. Once we have volunteer coaches, we will be able to open TAA up for player sign-ups. Anyone interested in coaching, please respond to this post or via messenger and someone will contact you with information.

Unfortunately thus far we are not holding football sign-ups for fall 2021. As we are unable to operate until Norfolk Parks and Recs reopens post-covid.

Hello TAA Family, due to the on going COVID-19 unfortunately we will not be having a football and cheer season this year. We will keep everyone posted on future events and upcoming seasons. Everyone please stay safe during this time and hope to see everyone soon!

It is with great sadness that I have to write this post. TAA lost one of our most loved family members today. Heaven gained such a beautiful angel today and we will all miss you Linda J Baker ❤️

The city of Norfolk has still not made a decision as to if they are going to cancel the soccer season or push it back. I appreciate everyone who has been patient with us through this time. The orders put out by Governor Northam have also restricted us from being able to meet face to face. If the season does end up being cancelled, we will notify anyone registered for soccer of a refund date - which will not be until the stay home order has been lifted. While we understand that some of our families may have lost their jobs and are struggling financially, we have to ensure the safety of our board members and their families as well as yours & your families safety during this time.

Again, on behalf of TAA we appreciate you for your cooperation and working with us as we figure out this trying time. We hope to see everyone soon !

Good evening parents. As we're sure you've heard: the governor has ordered all non-essential businesses to remain closed for the next 30 days, as well as the k-12 schools to remain closed for the remainder of this school year. Unfortunately at this point, that is all the information we have available to share. We are waiting on word about our 2020 outdoor soccer season from the city.

If we are notified that the season is cancelled, please know that we will offer refunds to our players. In the event that occurs, please also understand that we will have to determine the method in which we are able to offer the refunds. This may be in-person or it may be through the mail. Please be patient with us while we await the determination of the future of our 2020 outdoor season. As soon as we receive word, we will immediately pass it on to you.
