When I tell you when I first came to the Heat Challenge I was stressed, busted and disgusted! I have a testimony! So when I say spoke life over me way beyond fitness! I mean that! I say that with my chest! Hr says he's transformed over 1.75 bodies! He's transformed a lot of us mind, body and soul! Is he easy to deal with! Absolutely not!
