As we step into a new season, we want to share an important update.

KBMT will no longer be holding Muay Thai classes at the Norfolk location, but we encourage everyone to continue supporting this incredible academy and the amazing program they provide.

We have spent many years teaching alongside their team, building friendships, memories, and a shared mission of helping people grow through martial arts. We are deeply grateful to the Sausser family for the love, support, and belief they have shown throughout our journey. Their support has meant more to us than words can express.

This is not a goodbye. It is simply the beginning of a new chapter. We will continue to support each other and cheer one another on as we all grow into what 2026 has in store.
