Hey Legion, We split games in the tournament today. We lost the first game and won the second game. We will play tomorrow at 100 pm and hopeful make it to the final.
Need everyone to show up at the fields at 1215 - 1230 to stretch and see who we have. Good job guys - tomorrow will be alot cooler !!

Hope all is well. Sorry to hear about the games Sunday. We will win these games if we get these bats back in the game. Our games are at 3-4 @ Greenbrier (near YMCA) on Sunday August 3 rd ( can you believe it is August) !!!A Big Thank You to Michelle & Warren for tag teaming with the score book last weekend, I appreciate it ! Please be at the field at 2:15 so we know who is going to be there. Gives you time to stretch those legs, we don’t want to have any pulls prior to playoffs. Great games last Sunday - Looks like we improved and got some of our bats back. We should have good weather this weekend when we play one of our make up games. We play at Indian River at 5 & 6. I will be having Michelle Friedlein take my place for the 2nd game. You boys better be nice !!! Please let us know who will not be able to make the games as we have to have the line up in place. Also get there about 1630 or earlier. We can do this.!!!

Hope everyone had a great Fathers Day ! It was great to see families out there supporting their Dads, husbands, and Sons this weekend. We took 2 games from Beach General. Wasn’t always pretty but you guys fought hard and did it!!! Attached are some photos that Keith took – what a photographer ! Love it. Thanks again Keith. Our next games are at Indian River at 5-6 next Sunday the 22nd. Next week we play Greenies and there is no doubt we want to kick their ass !!! We will be missing Fred, and the verdict is still out on EW. We need to know as soon as possible if you will not be able to make these games. Good Morning American Legion,
Hope you all are doing well and not too sore today (Warren). We fought 2 hard games yesterday and split with the Grays. We came back on that 1st game and let them know that American Legion does not give up!! We need to find our bats !!! Although some of you had a GREAT DAY at the plate – Jim Tonetti 6 for 6 !!! Awesome bat Jim !!!! We have a new player on the team, his name is Warren Friedlein, great pickup from Keith Bernstein – thanks Keith.
Our next game is Sunday June 15th at 3 & 4 at the terrible field of Indian River. (sorry infield). Please let Butch or myself know if you will not be able to make it. Please show up at 2:15 so you can limber those hamstring and loosen those arms that way we can get a lineup together. Our team is a new team with great potential, just got to find the right combination.
