ODU Women's Club Volleyball

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT
Isabel Bravo has been playing volleyball for 11 years. She has played on WCVB at ODU for 3.5 years. She served on the board her junior and senior year as Vice President. She is graduation with a major in biochemistry with a concentration in research, she is continuing her academic journey at UNC to get her PhD in microbiology. Izzy’s favorite thing about the team is Friday night stays at hotels.

Congratulation Izzy on this major accomplishment, we know you will do amazing things. We are so appreciative of your strong leadership and commitment to this team. Izzy is a born leader who calls attention without demanding it. She earns it. She is a strong player and always hustles. She is the example of a good teammate and is the person who people look up to. Her advice is unmatched and she strives to help everyone become the best version of themselves. Izzy we cannot thank you enough for all of your support, service, leadership and dedication. SENIOR SPOTLIGHT
LeKarriah Davis has played volleyball for 10 and a half years. She has played with WCVB at ODU for 6 and a half years. She served on the board for 1 year as the Treasurer her sophomore year, 1 year as Vice President her junior year, and 1 and a half years as President her senior year + extra fall semester. Karri got her B.S. in Sport Management & is graduating with her M.S. in Sport Management. After graduation, she aims to work in marketing and fan engagement in NCAA collegiate or pro sports/leagues. Her favorite memory with the team is placing 2nd at our last home tournament (Fall 2025). “We reached the championship round and played 3 sets. Despite the lost, all of us as a team, and individually, fought hard and balled out!🤪 I’d say that is my most proudest moment for myself as a player and the club as a united whole🙌🏾💙”

Congratulations Karri on this huge accomplishment, we are beyond thankful for your service on the board and so proud of you for all your hard work and dedication. We wish you the best luck as you move forward to your next steps. Karri is a hard worker who was never afraid to go the extra mile, from diving on the floor and doing anything to get the ball up she was an asset to the team and was so lovely so be around. She shows support and uplifts the team without fail. Thank you so much for your service and dedication. Congratulations! 🩵🤍💙🦁

SENIOR HIGHLIGHT
Courtney Gibbs has been playing volleyball for 12 years, this was her first year playing WCVB at ODU. She served on the board for one semester as our Fundraising Chair. She Majored in Political Science of Arts and after graduation she is moving to Reston VA and is hoping to pursue a career in government contracting. Her favorite memory from club was drives to away tournaments. Her favorite thing about the team is how silly and supportive everyone is.

Congratulations Courtney on this huge accomplishment we wish you the best and we were honored to have you be such a huge part of this team. You are a true ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air your personality shines through and you are always a joy to be around. Thank you for your service on the board and commitment! 🩵🤍💙🦁
