June schedule is here!
Enjoy the cooler days but prepare for warmer miles as we welcome Summer☀️

🌅Tuesdays (5:30 AM): are for our early birds; if you’re trying to avoid the Summer heat, come and join us in getting those pre[sunrise] miles.
We also do cool-downs on the beach sometimes.
☀️Thursdays (6 PM): group run/walk and social. Open to everyone! Let’s stay active/get moving and support local businesses.
🌎Starting the first Thursday with Tidewater Striders for Global Running Day. See separate post for details.
🌞Saturdays (*6:30 AM). Weekend/long run.
*As some of you know, our Saturday meetup time changes per season. As Summer is fast approaching, we are back to meeting up at 6:30 AM to beat the heat. If you plan to start later than that, just let us know and we will have somebody there for you:)

🇺🇸Memorial Day Run 2026🇺🇸
Just a pop-up run but turned out great. The rain held off [for the most part]; it was so humid but we got it done — in honor of our fallen heroes.
Thank you everyone for joining us.

Here’s our schedule this week:
🇺🇸Monday (8 AM): Memorial Day/Pop-Up Run.
📍Cova

🌅Tuesday (5:30 AM): Pre-Sunrise Run. We will be at the Pinewell neighborhood. Meet at OV Christian Academy (9504 Selby Pl) - Wells Pkwy side.

🕹️Thursday (6:15 PM): Group Run/Walk & Game Night. To give everyone extra time to travel from OV and find a parking, we are meeting at P I X E L S pints & bytes at 6:15. Our reservation is at 7 PM. This will be a fun evening. Routes to follow!

☕️Saturday (7 AM): Weekend/Long Run. Meet at COVA Brewing Company
