NXT LVL Baseball Academy is proud to announce the hiring of former Norfolk Tides hitting coach, Tim Gibbons, as the Hitting Coach for the Ospreys.

Gibbons brings professional baseball experience from the Baltimore Orioles organization, where he served as a hitting coach within one of the top player development systems in professional baseball. His experience at the Triple-A level with the Norfolk Tides adds a major piece to the development environment we are building at NLBA. 

This is about giving our players direct access to professional-level instruction, advanced offensive development, and the daily standards expected at the highest levels of the game.

The Nest just got stronger.
