What a weird week eh?!
First and foremost, we hope you all are breathing deeply & calmly through healthy lungs. Also, after much consideration & discussions we have decided to cancel yoga classes for next week. We plan to reassess week by week after that.
This decision is made with the intention to support less spread of the virus. We believe it's the right thing to do. Our group classes are not a necessity to any of our students as yoga can be done anywhere. Therefore, we feel coming together (& creating potential contact) would just not be worth the risk.
Also, we feel that if we were to look through the yogic lens and represent the tenants of yoga, acting responsibly in our own way is how we can add positively to the collective. There is unity and purpose to be found in all of this. We just know it...and we hope you can too.

Had a wonderful start to our first ever Yoga Wall Therapy training, this weekend. Those of you who were unable to align to this go around, fear not...we will no doubt offer future programs!

Swings are indeed sold out ...
HOWEVER we do have floor spots left.
The sound bath is a wonderful healing experience with or without a swing. We have plenty of soft props to make you comfortable!
