Grateful is truly an understatement. Can’t begin to thank this incredible woman enough for her support and encouragement as we venture into this new chapter together. I’m not one to believe much in the phrase “I can’t do that.” Everything I program for my clients is scalable according to their needs & current physical capabilities. If you are unable to perform a movement as initially written, that’s ok! We’ve just identified a goal to work towards. Don’t let that thought of “can’t” creep up into your mind.
