Meet Lauren and David!
David joined us almost a year ago, and Lauren came a couple of months later at 20 weeks pregnant. We’ve had the privilege of being part of their journey through fitness and parenthood. Since the birth of their little one, they’ve continued to show up consistently and have become an integral part of our community. They are an inspiration to us all.

➡What have you accomplished since joining the gym that you're most proud of?
Working out from 20-40 weeks pregnant, birthing our boy, and subsequently getting back at it. 50lbs down, 30 to go!
➡What is your favorite thing about our gym?
The camaraderie and friendships we’ve formed
➡What is your favorite workout and/or movement?
Any of the weightlifting is fun, sn**ches in particular.
➡What are some of your goals?
Do a pull up, get good enough at double under to do them in workout.
➡What advice do you have for anyone who is considering joining the gym or starting any fitness regimen?
Find something that you think is at least a little fun otherwise you won’t stick with it.
