Whether your child is doing their very first cartwheel, learning to dance, building tumbling skills, or trying cheer, our small classes are designed to give every child the attention they deserve.

As always- we also offer private one-on-one lessons 7 days a week for gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, dance, flexibility, and skill development. Private lessons are personalized to each athlete’s goals, experience, and pace.

Apparently coaching doesn’t stop just because I’m in Roatán. 😂🌴

Turns out gymnastics really is a universal language! A little sand, sunshine, and a cartwheel is all you need. 🤸‍♀️☀️

I may be on vacation, but once a coach, always a coach. 💛 And honestly, cartwheels on a beach in Roatán? Yes please!

🔥 TWO BIG COMEBACKS TODAY! 🔥

One athlete has been working hard to overcome some mental blocks, and today she came in READY. She was on fire working those back tucks and pushing into upgraded skills! 💪🔥

Another athlete was back after a hamstring injury and a couple months away from tumbling. Today was her first time doing her round-off back handspring since her injury, and she DID IT! 🥹👏

Two completely different journeys. Two really BIG wins. 💛

Sometimes progress is learning a new skill. Sometimes it’s trusting yourself enough to do an old one again. So proud of both of these girls today! 🤸‍♀️✨

🦩 We got FLOCKED! 🦩💚🖤

A sweet Norman North Cheer family stopped by and our studio got a flamingo takeover! We absolutely love supporting our cheerleaders and feel so blessed to be a small part of this super fun fundraiser.
