We have a rental coming up if anyone is looking for a garage storage space.

It would be great for a contractor or small warehousing. It has heat and air conditioning included along with trash service. There is no bathroom.

Garage Inside 14.5' Wide by 29.5' long
Garage door 14' tall by 12' wide
Parking spot next to garage 17' wide by 26' long

The garage is hooked to offices on the other side so it can not be used during business hours for anything that is noisy. After hours is fine.
Rent is $850.00
