Yesterday morning we said goodbye to a legend šāā¬
Potter was the cat that even those who āarenāt cat peopleā grew to adore
16.5 years of absolute love and devotion
From before we were married in our tiny 2bedroom West Philly apartment with roommates to our forever home. He was with us through moves to NYC, back to Philly, MA, NH and FL.
He road tripped with us down to FL and back twice and stayed in NC, SC and traveled with us to VT- probably the best traveled car ever
He was with us through 4 dogs and 2 kids
He was always my soft place to land and kept me company through many nights when Billy was on call and my hardest month when I was in Philly by myself after my dad passed and Billy needed to start work in MA.
He was with us through all the hard and all the joy
He was a best friend to my kids and did more than just tolerate their antics- he was a willing participant
He was truly a member of our family and will be so missed š
We are forever grateful you chose us Potter thank you for all your love

Constipation is a common reason pelvic floor symptoms feel more intense postpartum.
When stool sits in the re**um or when you have to strain, it increases pressure on tissues that are still healing.
But with better hydration, gentle movement, the right toilet position, and relaxed breathing, bowel movements get easier and that pressure on your pelvic floor goes down.
Your comfort matters, and real recovery starts with paying attention to what your body is telling you.
Comment RELIEF and I will send you the Postpartum Constipation Relief Routine Builder so you have a simple, step by step plan to support your healing.
