Baseline Testing
This is a two day event as we'll be testing acceleration day one and max speed day two.

Please bring water, cleats or turf shoes. Running shoes aren’t recommended for these type of activities as it can put them at high risk of injury. If your athletes has never used cleats. investing into turf shoes will be ideal.

SPEED IS KING IS ONE WEEK AWAY!

We’re excited to finally get back on the field with all of you!

Speed Is King was built to help athletes perform at their highest level by the end of these 8 week sessions. The goal of this program is to improve acceleration, change of direction, sprint mechanics, and overall conditioning. By the conclusion of the program, athletes will have developed a strong athletic foundation that will help set them apart, especially those preparing for fall sports.

What to Bring

Please bring:

Water

Cleats or turf shoes

Light breakfast highly encourage for better results

Running shoes are not recommended for these activities, as they can increase the risk of injury during sprinting, acceleration, and change of direction work.

If your athlete has never worn cleats before, investing in a pair of turf shoes is a great alternative and is often the most comfortable option.
