I’ve been really grinding and working myself into the ground lately trying to do my best to support my family achieve my goals and be the best me I can be.

In order to do this I need to rest, I need to exercise, I need to eat healthy because if I don’t, I’m useless to everybody including myself.

Remember who or why you’re doing this. No matter what it is and that should motivate you to do the right thing.
