After more than 13 years as NJ HIIT, we're excited to begin a new chapter.

THE REFINERY is the evolution of a mission that began in 2013, a mission to create lasting, generational health by impacting as many lives as possible.

While our name has changed, our commitment remains the same: building stronger people through unwavering faith, intentional fitness, and authentic community.

This chapter is different. As we move forward, we've made a conscious decision to place God at the center of everything we do and to follow His leading. We believe the strongest foundation isn't built by our own plans, but by His purpose.

To every member who has trained with us, encouraged us, and believed in this vision- THANK YOU!

When we began the annual Freedom Workout, it wasn’t a trend or a marketing idea. It’s a tradition we’ve been building year after year.

For years, this workout has been where people come to socialize, sweat together, honor the freedoms we’ve been blessed with, and celebrate the greatest country on earth.

Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom and one unforgettable workout. The original Freedom Workout community.
