The High School Hit Lab combines elite coaching with state of the art technology (HitTrax, TrackMan, Blast Motion) to build measurable power, bat speed, and swing consistency.
🔥 Program Highlights:
Dates: Oct 5 – Feb 18
Schedule: 2 coach-led sessions/week (1:4 ratio)
Ages: Upperclassmen (4–5 PM) | Underclassmen (5–6 PM)
3-Phase Focus: Bat Speed ➔ Damage ➔ Live Pitch ID vs. A.C.E.S. Pitchers

Tier 1: Foundation (1 Session / Week)

Tier 2: Premier Commitment (2 Sessions / Week)
