In support of our friends over at CrossFit Strong Island, Crossfit Lighthouse will be doing the su***de prevention WOD this Sunday 2/18 for every class.

We will also have a donation jar setup that all proceeds will be donated to the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention in Steven’s honor.

We know cardio days may not always seem as enticing as doing a crazy metcon or performing handstand push ups or throwing big weights around… but they’re necessary. So even though you may see a lot of running, assault bike, or burpees in the wod from time to time… Show up!! Your endurance and cardiovascular system will thank you
