This advanced workshop is designed for teachers and practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga, restorative practices, sound healing, and guided Yoga Nidra.

You will explore how these practices can be woven together to support deeper relaxation, nervous system down regulation, energetic balance, and a more intentional student experience.

• Explore the energetic and meditative aspects of Yin Yoga

September focus for Core + Functional Strength: Strength in Motion

This month builds on July’s Strong Foundations and August’s Balance, Stability + Confidence by bringing strength into movement patterns we use in yoga and everyday life.

The class format will stay true to what we have been building together: a mindful Vinyasa-style warm-up, core work, mat-based strength exercises, balance training, functional movement, and yoga drills with resistance bands, light weights, ending with stretching to support your body both on the mat and in everyday life.

September Weekly Focus:

Week 1: Core Control + Transitions
Using core strength to support smooth, steady movement.

Week 2: Squat, Hinge + Lift
Building lower-body strength for everyday movement.

Week 3: Push, Pull + Posture
Supporting upper-body strength, posture, shoulders, and back body.

Week 4: Rotation + Side-Body Strength
Strengthening the core, hips, and side body for twisting, reaching, and stabilizing.

Week 5: Full-Body Strength in Motion
Bringing it all together into a full-body functional strength practice.
