One year!! 1️⃣ Pulse Kettlebell Gym had its first birthday this month! 🎉 We were so glad to celebrate this exciting milestone with custom Pulse shirts from Minnesota Apparel. Check the comments for the back view…we had to memorialize Coach Lisa’s famous phrase “it will be fun”! (We all know what that REALLY means! 😉) But it really is fun to workout with great people, challenge yourself, get stronger, stay healthy, and grow as a person. That’s what we strive for together at Pulse. 💪 A huge thank you to all our members for making Pulse the place where you show up!
