Relationships
We meet with every one of our members one-on-one every 1-3 months at an ‘athlete check-in’ appointment to measure their progress (Inbody body composition scan, attendance review, goals check in etc.) and write them a new 'prescription'.
Your prescription is a mix of a few awesome services:
Nutrition Coaching
Boot Camp (HIIT)
CrossFit
Yoga (yin and power)
Personal Training
Spin
Maybe your goal is to lose 10 pounds and stop having back pain when you sit at work for extended periods of time. Your prescription might be:
Bootcamp- 2X/week
HIIT workouts designed to burn fat and tone muscles. Bootcamp will help with your weight loss goal.
Yoga- 1X/week
Yoga is going to help lengthen tight muscles that lead to pain while sitting. It will also improve your posture to ensure the issues caused by sitting don’t return.
Nutrition coaching
Abs are made in the kitchen so it’s not enough to only come to bootcamp classes. We need to support that hard work with quality fuel and our nutrition program tells you what to do and more importantly holds you accountable to actually doing it.
Or perhaps your goal is to run a marathon. Your prescription could be:
Personal training- 1X/week
Personal training allows us to analyze your running to identify and improve any weaknesses you have. Maybe we need to work on hip-flexor strength, or perhaps the tempo of your gait needs to increase.
Spin- 1X/week
Spin is the perfect cross training tool to get in some extra cardio. Switching up your training modality ensures you reduce the risk of overuse injuries while also giving your mind a break from the repetitiveness of running.
CrossFit- 1x/week
If we can increase the amount of force you can create off the ground you’ll become faster. CrossFit will improve your power and speed leading to less muscle fatigue while running long distances.
