2026 Summer Series Wrap Up

Thank you to all our runners and walkers who took part in the Summer Trail Race Series at Whitaker Woods this season!

Summer Series by the numbers:
276 total series registrants! Almost a series record (record set 2022: 283 registrants)
99, our average number of weekly participants with week 2 seeing 122 racers!
78 and 6mo, the ages of our oldest and youngest participants this season
18:05, the fastest course time of the season during week 7 (and possible course record?!)
18 participants who showed up for all 9 weeks of the series
63 participants who qualified for awards by completing 6 weeks of the 9-week series
3 prize sponsors: Mountain Sports Lab , Sun & Ski Sports, and Hilary McCloy Physical Therapy and Performance Coaching.
