RGS & AWS is pleased to announce the promotion of Tripp Way to Vice President of Mission Sustainability.

In this role, Tripp will lead the organization’s efforts to strengthen its philanthropic culture and long-term financial sustainability in support of our forest wildlife conservation mission.

His leadership will help advance donor development, member engagement, communications and marketing while supporting the organization’s continued commitment to healthy forests and forest wildlife.

🎉 Big news for New Hampshire students and outdoor education! 🎉

The NH State Board of Education has officially approved NH Fish and Game's Learn Everywhere application for its Hunter's Education program! 🦌🏹

This means students who successfully complete Hunter's Education can now earn school credit for their achievement — recognizing the real-world skills, discipline, and knowledge that come with responsible, ethical outdoor education.

We're proud to have helped champion this effort alongside our partners, advocating for outdoor and conservation education opportunities for NH kids. 🦉🌲 Huge thanks to NH Fish and Game and the NH State Board of Education for making this possible and for investing in opportunities that connect our kids with the outdoors! 🙌
