50 CLASSES FOR ALYSSA!!! 🩷✨

Alyssa Sovik has been with us since the very first week we opened Micro Moves, and she’s been hooked ever since. She shows up HARD — you can pretty much count on seeing her 3–4 times a week, shaking, pushing through, and putting in the work every single class.

We are SO incredibly proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished so far. Your consistency, strength, and dedication never go unnoticed, and I already know 100 classes will be here before we know it.

50 down, 50 to go — the sky is the limit. 😘✨

50 CLASSES FOR KAYL !!! 🩷✨

I honestly can’t believe how fast you got here. I still remember your very first class and how nervous you were walking in… and now look at you. 🥹
You show up, you push through the hard moments, you keep challenging yourself, and you’re always willing to try that extra amplification. Watching you become stronger and more confident with every class has been so special.

Kayla, you are truly a STAPLE in this community and Micro Moves would not be the same without you. Your consistency, your energy, and the way you continue to show up for yourself means more than you know.

I am SO proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. 50 down — and I already know there is so much more ahead for you. 🩷✨

50 CLASSES FOR ALINA!!! 💕✨

This girl is STRONGGG and brings the absolute BEST energy every single time she walks through our doors. Alina Inchaustegui always shows up ready to work hard, have a good time, and somehow make the shakes look fun. 😂💪🏼

But one of the things we appreciate most about her is how much she has shared Micro Moves with the people in her life. She’s introduced so many new faces to our studio, and THAT is exactly how a community like this is built — people loving this space enough to bring the people they love along with them. 🥹🤎

Alina, we are so thankful for you, your energy, and everything you bring to this community. We LOVE having you here and are so proud of you for hitting 50!!!
And somehow… we have a feeling 100 is going to be here before we know it. 👀✨

How could you be sad walking into a room with THIS amount of energy ✨

50 CLASSES FOR NATASHA!!! 🤎✨

Natasha Machado Cabral is seriously STRONGGG and always comes ready to WORK. She takes those transitions FAST, stays locked in, and continues to challenge herself every single class. 💪🏼

But one of my favorite parts of her journey has been hearing how Lagree has helped her feel more in tune with her body — stronger, more aware, and more connected to what she’s capable of. 🥹🤎

Natasha, we are SO proud of you and all the work you continue to put in. You’ve earned every single one of these 50 classes, and we already know there’s so much more ahead.
Cheers to 50!!! ✨
