We haven’t done a challenge in a while so we want to make this a fun one. Remember to modify any pose to work for you. You can put it in a sequence or post a picture. Make sure you tag and each day for a chance to win something fun. Get creative and have fun.


This challenge is meant to try something new, to love your body and inspire others to do the same. No sponsors and no elaborate rules. Just create.
