The Fire Within Tour with Sophia Campana at Thames Valley Gymnastics on Sunday October 25, has only 30 tickets left! Sophia is impressed by the excitement brewing in Connecticut! We have athletes coming from multiple gyms across Connecticut and Rhode Island already!

What does my gymnast need to bring to the Fire Within Experience?

She should bring her typical practice gear, a full sealable water bottle, a quick (no mess) snack just in case, tons of energy, a willingness to light her inner fire! 🩷

WE ARE SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that the one and only Sophia Campana will be coming to spend the day at Thames Valley Gymnastics this October!

A day of igniting confidence and having fun doing Sophia's wild challenges, learning elite gymnastics drills (for all ages) during the stations, discovering how to utilize artistry for higher scores, and a powerful mindset workshop for parents and kids on how to talk about fears, staying calm in competition, overcoming mental blocks, building unstoppable resilience, and discovering fire from within!

It’s a day of hard work, lots of fun, big breakthroughs, and a glamorous Pink Party they’ll never forget!

Who: Any gymnast (ages 6-18) who would like to join us, from any gym!
