"Rosie is a superb, highly professional trainer that I've had pleasure to work with. I was first referred to her by my Ob/Gyn as the only trainer he could trust. I had not only an ugly and wobbly tummy but I also had rounded shoulders, head protrusion, pelvic misalignment, etc. Within a year I began to see real changes in my body. The results have exceeded my expectations. I am a 44 year old mother of three and I look and feel great as never before. I receive a lot of compliments from people who can easily see the difference. I would recommend Rosie extremely highly to anyone seeking to flatten stomach, improve posture or physical health in general."

Weight gain during pregnancy is inevitable but there are things you can do to drop the postpartum pounds.
1. Breastfeed
2. Exercise
3. Control your portion sizes
Your bundle of joy is your new top priority, but you can't take care of anyone else until you take care of yourself. Don't let being a mother make you forget about being a healthy woman.

"I have never heard before about "abdominal separation". I was surprised to learn that I had 3.5 fingers wide separation, which cause my abdomen to bulge out. We closed my abdominal separation to 2 fingers wide and the result was just amazing. Rosie's approach is highly scientific. I also like her personal style which is professional and focused on the client at all times."

Being obese means having so much body fat that your health is in danger.
Having too much body fat can lead to twin killers-heart disease and stroke, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, sleep apnea, back pain, joint diseases and other dangerous diseases, including cancer.
90% of all diabetes, 80% of heart disease, and 60% of cancers are preventable with healthier lifestyles and normal body weights.
Even a modest weight loss, such as 5 to 10 percent of your total body weight, is likely to produce health benefits, such as improvements in blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and blood sugars.

"After giving a birth to my second child, I had gotten back to my pre-pregnancy weight pretty soon. However, my tummy stuck out so much that people kept asking me if I am pregnant again. It was so embarrassing. I had a "mama belly". I have tried different exercise programs. I tried very hard. Nothing seemed to work until I met Rosie. I was shocked to learn that what I did before was wrong! We met three times per week and by mid-August (we started in May) I was absolutely ready to wear a swimming suit!"

It once was that personal fitness trainers were exclusively for the famous, super rich celebrities, bankers and lawyers. They’re really much more affordable today than people would think. If you can afford a dinner in restaurant then you can afford a personal trainer.

Japan has one of the lowest rates of obesity in the world. The secrets to this country’s weight management can be seen in its approach to diet and exercise.
In Japan, walking or bicycling to the store, work, and other locations is commonplace.
The popular broth-based miso soup is traditionally eaten before almost every meal. The soup is full of nutrients that help you feel fuller and consume fewer calories.
The Japanese follow the rule to “eat until you are 80 percent full”. Through this approach, they eat smaller portions on separate plates. The plates are brought out slowly so that you can eat mindfully while pacing yourself.
Using chopsticks forces you to eat smaller mouthfuls while resting in between bites. This slow process gives your stomach time to tell your brain that it is getting full and in turn helps you eat less.

You can choose to exercise by your own or hire somebody to help you. You can enroll to your local gym and learn exercises by watching other people do them. But the person they’re watching probably learned by watching someone else, and whoever started the chain probably didn’t know what they were doing to begin with.
What exercises you need to do and how to do it, how hard to do it, how long you should rest, and when you should and should not work out? All those things vary depending on age, gender, goals, limitations, etc.
Having someone who can help you figure it out will save you time and prevent you from injuries. Prescription of an exercise is similar to a prescription of medicine. You can help or you can harm.
