September is Be You Month. šŸ’›

And I have been waiting for this day.

For the past several weeks, I've been talking about growth. About getting off autopilot. About asking yourself better questions. About recognizing that you are not finished becoming the person you're capable of being.

Today, I'm inviting you to do something about it.

The Be You Challenge is a personal growth program I created for women who are ready to intentionally invest in themselves.

Not because something is wrong with you.

Because there is still more in you.

Over the course of the Challenge, you'll work through four modules:

INTEGRITY — Know who you are and what you stand for.

VERSATILITY — Stay curious, courageous, creative and willing to grow.

RESILIENCE — Build the mental, physical and emotional strength to keep going.

PRECISION — Become more intentional about how you live, what you expect from yourself and where you're going.

And through it all, I'm going to challenge you to do more than read or listen.

You're going to DO.

You'll reflect. You'll answer questions. You'll try things. You'll stretch yourself. And sometimes I'll ask you to Be Brave and do something that makes you a little uncomfortable.

Because that's where growth happens.

And for September, I'm making it easier to say yes.

The complete Be You Challenge is normally $597.

Throughout Be You Month, it's $397.

That's $200 off—not because the program is worth less, but because I want September to be the month you finally decide:

I'm worth investing in, too.

If you've been watching, reading, thinking ā€œI probably need thisā€¦ā€

Maybe this is your time.

Choose yourself.

Who is the Be You Challenge for?

It’s for the woman who has built a good life — but knows she isn’t finished growing.

The woman who is capable, responsible and usually gets things done.

The woman who has spent years showing up for other people and is ready to be more intentional about showing up for herself.

It’s for the woman who wants to:

• challenge herself instead of staying comfortable
• understand herself better
• make more intentional choices
• strengthen the areas of her life that need attention
• use more of the potential she knows is there
• keep learning, growing and becoming

You don't need to be lost.

You don't need to have your life falling apart.

And you definitely don't need to become an entirely different person.

You just have to believe you’re not finished yet.

That is who I created the Be You Challenge for Empowered Women for.

Women who are ready to take an honest look at who they are, challenge themselves to grow, and then actually do something about it.

šŸ’œ Be You. Always.

Yesterday I introduced you to the four modules of the Be You Challenge: Integrity. Versatility. Resilience. Precision.

Today, I want to take you inside Be You.

This isn’t a collection of lessons to simply watch and check off a list. There is a reason we begin with Integrity. There is a reason each module builds on the one before it.

Inside the Challenge, you’ll learn, reflect, take action and grow — applying what you’re learning to your own life along the way.

And then comes one of my favorite parts: Be Brave.

Because knowing something about yourself is one thing. Doing something with what you’ve learned is where growth happens.

Swipe through for a peek inside. šŸ‘‰
You don’t finish Be You. You practice it.

I've been talking a lot lately about growth, potential, and becoming more intentional about the way we live our lives.

So today, I want to show you what I've been building.

The Be You Challenge for Empowered Women.

It's built around four modules:

Integrity. Versatility. Resilience. Precision.

Four areas that challenge us to look at how we think, how we respond, how we grow, and ultimately, how we choose to live.

Inside those four modules are 14 different challenges—from Be Honest and Be Curious to Be Mentally Strong, Be Intentional, Be Excellent, and finally...

Be You.

Over the next few weeks, I'm going to share more about what's inside the Be You Challenge, why I created it, and who I created it for.

Because I believe we should never stop learning, challenging ourselves, or expecting more from the potential we've been given.

Be You. Always.

Long before there was a Be You Challenge, there was a classroom.

For years, I've taught, coached and mentored people—and I've seen the same thing over and over.

Capable women who are very good at taking care of everyone and everything around them, but don't always spend much time thinking about themselves.

What do I still want to learn?

Where could I be stronger?

What do I want to change?

What am I capable of that I haven't discovered yet?

That's a big part of why I created the Be You Challenge for Empowered Women.

I didn't want to create something that simply made women feel motivated for a few days. I wanted something that would make us think, challenge ourselves, and actually do the work.

Because I don't think we're ever finished growing.

And Be You is my way of helping women keep going.

Consistency isn't about never missing. It's about returning.

I think we sometimes make consistency much harder than it needs to be.

We decide we're going to exercise every day.

Eat better.

Read every night.

Get up earlier.

Write.

Save money.

Make time for something that matters to us.

And then...life happens.

We miss a day.

Or three.

And somehow ā€œI missed a few daysā€ turns into ā€œWell, I blew it.ā€

So we stop.

But what if consistency doesn't mean doing something perfectly?

What if consistency means becoming someone who comes back to it?

You miss Monday's workout. Go Wednesday.

You don't read for three nights. Pick up the book tonight.

You have a terrible week with food. Make a better choice at your next meal.

You stop working on something that matters to you. Start again.

An interruption doesn't have to become an ending.

So here's my challenge for you:

Choose ONE small thing you want to be more consistent about.

Not five things. One.

Then do it for the next 7 days.

And here's the important part:

If you miss a day, you haven't failed the challenge.

Come back the next day.

Because maybe consistency isn't about building a perfect streak.

Maybe it's about building the habit of returning.

What ONE thing are you choosing for the next 7 days?

Be Consistent.

Be You. Always.

You can have a really good life and still want more from yourself.

I think sometimes we have a hard time admitting that.

You can be grateful for your life AND still want to grow.

You can love the people in your life AND want to make more time for yourself.

You can be proud of what you've accomplished AND still wonder what else you're capable of.

You can be happy with who you are AND know there are things you'd like to work on.

Those things aren't contradictions.

I think a lot of women reach a point where life is…good.

We've built careers. Raised families. Taken care of people. Made decisions. Changed directions. Figured things out. Done hard things.

And somewhere along the way, it's easy to stop asking ourselves:

What do I want to learn next?
What do I want to try?
Where do I still want to grow?
What am I capable of that I haven't discovered yet?

Personal growth isn't about believing there's something wrong with the person you are today.

It's about refusing to assume you're finished.

I'm 59.

And I can tell you with absolute certainty:

I'm not finished.

I still want to learn things. Try things. Get better at things. Challenge myself. Change my mind. Make mistakes. Have new experiences. And find out what else I'm capable of.

I hope I'm saying the same thing when I'm 79.

You can appreciate the life you have and still be excited about the woman you're becoming.

Does this sound familiar?

Be You. Always.

Apparently, I’ve been taking the advice on my shirt. 😊

I’ve been a little quiet around here—but definitely not because I haven’t been working.

For the past several months, I’ve been focused on finishing something I’ve been building, refining, and thinking about for a very long time:

The complete Be You Challenge for Empowered Women.

And it’s DONE.

I created Be You because I wanted something that would help women do more than just think about personal growth. I wanted them to actually DO THE WORK.

To take an honest look at themselves.
Challenge themselves.
Learn something new.
Make changes.
Try things that might be uncomfortable.
And continue becoming the women they were designed to be.

The complete challenge takes women through four areas:

Integrity. Versatility. Resilience. Precision.

And ultimately, it all leads to one thing:

Be You. Always.

I’ve poured a ridiculous amount of time, thought, work—and myself—into creating this program.

And now I’m finally ready to start showing you what I built.

More soon. šŸ’œ
