We’re excited to be back after a short break following Fargo! Tonight GHW Preseason Training gets rolling with a full week of practices next week.

This training is aimed at youth (age 7-14), middle and high school wrestlers with at least one year of experience. For those without experience, we will be hosting some clinics that will allow athletes to get their feet wet prior to the start of the official season in November. We’ll also have some opportunities for our 4-6 year old wrestlers coming down the pike. Keep an eye out for those on our socials!

JULIANA TICE

Another one of Missouri’s best is staying home.

Congratulations to Juliana Tice on her commitment to continue her academic and wrestling career at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. The North Kansas City standout has been one of the most consistent competitors in the state over the last four years, and her work ethic has earned her the opportunity to compete at the next level. William Jewell has continued investing in women’s wrestling, making this a great fit for one of Missouri’s toughest lightweights.

Juliana leaves behind an impressive high school résumé. From battling through one of the toughest girls wrestling states in the country to earning the chance to compete in college, Juliana has proven that consistency, toughness, and relentless work pay off.

Missouri wrestling keeps producing college talent, and the future of women’s wrestling in the Show-Me State has never looked brighter.
