Got tired of carrying the weight of the cutting board on a table router. So I made a jig out of some scrap. Handles came out cleaner with less burning.

Back at it, the long process of sanding end grain.

The wait is worth the reward

Gluing up a new project. 28x14 end grain cutting board. I can hardly wait to see how much it will cost too ship it.

Router sled on my table saw out feed table. Saves space and gets the job done.

Mission accomplished! And the best part is leftovers!
