🥋 BELT PROMOTION CEREMONY — TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 24TH! 🥋

Tomorrow is a huge milestone for the Midgard family as Coach Joe and Coach John receive their BLACK BELTS! 🖤

Because of the promotion ceremony, our normal class schedule will be adjusted:

🔹 5:00–6:00 PM — Youth Open Mat
🔹 6:00–6:30 PM — Black Belt Promotion Ceremony
🔹 6:30–8:00 PM — Adult Open Mat

Everyone is welcome to attend, train, and help us celebrate this special moment for Midgard Submission Grappling.

Midgard Submission Grappling is getting ready for another season of youth wrestling.

✅ Beginners & Advanced welcome
✅ Build confidence, discipline, toughness, and real wrestling skills

Whether your child is stepping on the mat for the first time or already has competition experience, we have a place for them.
