The Cupcake Girls is a non-profit organization providing non-judgmental, confidential support and resources to those in the s*x industry, as well as aftercare for those affected by domestic s*x trafficking in Nevada, Oregon, and across the country. They have worked in our communities for over fourteen years, providing the participants in their programs with agenda-free respect, resources, and relationships.

They work to support participants in their programs with fundamental resources such as advocacy
meetings, peer support groups, sessions with doctors, dentists, and lawyers, mental-health assistance (including su***de screenings), career counseling and resume building, education support, family resources, rental assistance, housing referrals, and financial planning referrals, including tax advising.

💋 Beginner Workshop | 11AM–1PM
No experience needed! You’ll learn safe entries, exits, and foundational spins while building confidence and discovering just how fun this apparatus is.

💋 Intermediate+ Workshop | 1:30–3PM
For those already comfortable in the air - we’ll level up with dynamic transitions, advanced holds, and flow drills designed to make your spiral work smooth and jaw-dropping.

5-Week Layback Series with ✨

We’re taking it upside down, safely + securely 💕 Over 5 weeks you’ll learn 4 different laybacks while building the strength + confidence to make this show-stopping trick yours!

💪 Pre-reqs:
– Must be able to bracket climb (you’ll need the height!)
– Must be confident in your pole sit (it’s the entry to every layback)

Each class kicks off with conditioning to lock in your muscle engagement 🔑 Crash mats + spotting always on deck so you can relax, trust, and lean back. 😌
