The thing to remember is they have double the number of calories per gram of proteins and carbs so pay attention to volume of then you’re eating.
🍗 Proteins: Think lean meats, beans, and seeds.

They're your weight-loss ally, keeping cravings at bay and helping you shed those extra pounds.
🍞 Carbs: Yes, you read it right! Carbs are not the enemy.

It may not be “throw in the dryer” easy, but here are 5 tips that helped me lose 70 lbs in 6 months:

Guzzle that H2O like it's your personal elixir of fabulousness. Hydration = Glow-up magic! Bonus: It helps kick those pesky cravings to the curb. Sip, slay, repeat.
2️⃣ Shake that B***y Daily! 🍑:
Who said workouts can't be a dance party? Put on your fave tunes, shake what your mama gave ya, and make those workouts feel like a celebration. Whether it's a salsa sesh or a power walk, just keep movin', honey!
3️⃣ Snack Smart, Snack Sassy! 💁🏾♀️:
Say 'buh-bye' to mindless munching and embrace snacks that pack a punch.
Think PROTEIN, crunchy veggies, a handful of nuts, or greek yogurt parfait that makes your taste buds do a happy dance. Sass up your snacks, darling!

I know how challenging it can be if you’re plant-based, so I love this visual from .
Remember to build all your meals around protein…
✅it will keep you fuller longer
✅you body uses it for pretty much every major process like building muscle, making hair, skin and nails, hormones, etc.
✅eating it along with strength training will help to preserve your muscle mass while you’re losing weight.
Which is super important.
