Strong Start is an introductory strength program built specifically for those new to strength training—whether you’ve never strength trained before, aren’t sure what to do in the gym, or simply want some extra guidance before jumping into a larger class.

Each 45-minute class is coach-led in a small-group setting, giving you the time and support to learn the basics, ask questions, practice movements, and build confidence at your own pace.

🔹No strength-training experience needed
🔹Learn the basics of strength training
🔹Learn how to perform movements safely and properly
🔹Small-group setting that’s less intimidating
🔹More individualized coaching and support
🔹Build confidence before jumping into larger classes
🔹Create a consistent fitness routine
🔹Train alongside others who are also getting started
