Today we prepped for our Long Arm and Key Drills.
-SL lunge positions focusing on engaging the glute/ core with a strong balanced weighted strike.
-Bulldog Step & Peek with malice
-Long Arm Power- Notice Cylan stepping outside leverage first then engaging at an angle. We do this to set the edge and not lose our angle against the pass set along with baiting the OL to think speed first.
His hand placement is Mid V with full extension! Sprinting through the guy.
-COUNTER-
Long Arm Speed as you see we bait the hands for Stab Club Rip/Swim. Same steps and Extension except we are baiting the hands to come up for the counter speed!
Bulldog is prep for our Key Drill.
