Malia competing in Austin Texas at the IBJJF Austin Open this past weekend. It was her debut blue belt tournament. Competition at her age and belt is really tough right now. Fought some tough matches with Some season fighters like Sarah Galvao, Andre Galvao daughter in the open class division. If you want to be the best then you have to fight the best. Seek out the tough opponents makes you better. She is ready for the next IBjJF event coming in a couple of weeks.
