I am offering a Hatha Yoga 8 week class series beginning September 7 through October 26. Choose from two options: morning class from 10 - 11:30 am or evening class from 6 - 7:30 p.m. Each class is $25 per person. These are small classes of up to 5 students for each class.

Hatha Yoga employs postures, breathing methods, and relaxation to assist the body to achieve health and well-being. Props are used to modify the postures for various physical levels of involvement. This session is intended for students of all skill levels.
We'll be giving a workshop on March 12 for individuals who want to learn more and discover the magic.
