Thank you to all of our BTB moms for everything you do every single day:

• Driving to practices and tournaments
• Getting bags packed, uniforms cleaned, and players prepared
• Early mornings and late nights
• Road trips, hotel weekends, and sideline support
• Organizing team events and keeping everyone together
• Making sure every player is taken care of like family

Looking to hire a female director on Long Island so it's not for everyone. club has over 20 teams between boys and girls. Girls program has mostly A teams, and the vibe of the culture supports coaches who want to learn and grow in this field. Be The Best Lacrosse Club

The preparation will be exciting for these girls, we will be ready to hit that field with full force in March.

These girls have been grinding—reps, footwork, stick skills, conditioning, IQ. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just daily standards being raised.

A few more months of controlled, intentional training before the spring season begins. This is where separation happens. This is where confidence is built.
