Saturday August 24th we will be hosting a 101 for First time Weightlifting Competitors and topics will include what to expect from weigh-in’s, up until the time you lift.
-The second portion will be a training session to practice Technique for good lifts at your first meet, or how to improve your technique at your next meet.

Less than 1 month out from our 2nd annual Memorial Day Classic!
Great to see many athletes returning along with new lifters as well as youth.
This is an amazing meet for athletes who are looking to qualify ( American Open Series, States) and even gain platform experience.
