5am was in the building today...

This is what bless looks like: to be able to get a Group of guys and ladies to leave the comfort of their bed before 5am to meet me at the park is nothing but a huge blessing which I don't take for granted... And I appreciate ya so much...

This coming Friday I will be doing 5am cardio class at pepper park.... So start setting your alarm and come get ... Early bird gets the worm... Cup of white rice: 200 calories
Cup of corn: 70 calories
Tuna: 90 calories
Small drink: o calories
Banana: bout 105 calories
Total= 465 calories

My dinner was 465 calories then after a hour I'll have a small cup of sugar free fruit cup.....

Sn: I was out all day and did not want to eat no fast food so I made sure I brought my food with me

Moving your body on a consistent basis will mak a huge difference in your life.. you might not can eat 100% healthy but you can definitely get out that couch and move your body...

This 6mile run would have been a waste, if I would have chose to go to my comfort food πŸ”πŸŸπŸ₯€πŸ₯€ which would have been well over 1,200 calories but I decided to leave that and and my bunless burger with season green beans... Which is under 450 calories....

🈸Afternoon cardio burn... 30min of nonstop workout routine.. keeping my heart rate above 141 beats per min and MaxxOut heartbeat 170 beats per minπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯......

🈸 And my lunch was
* 1 cup of collard green 120 calories
* 1 can of lite tuna in water 110 calories

🈸 And after 2 hours I got my light snack
* 1 cup of Jello 5 calories
* 1 bag mini pretzel 50 calories with water

πŸ”₯306 calories for midday workout and 285 calories for my lunch and snack...

My goal is to lose 20 pounds before my wife bday ...........
