Depending on the wheelbase of the bikes you ride on (or any rollers, for that matter!) the roller drums should be adjusted to the proper distance. (You can find instructions on the support page of our website!). We made E-Motion Rollers with a tool-free adjustment system that's marked by numbers, so you can keep track of your settings for each bike. This is great for households with multiple riders! Simply unscrew the ergonomic outside k**b to loosen it, and turn the inside dial to adjust the drum location along the roller frame.
