We spent the weekend visiting a previous gym member who left North Platte and bought his OWN gym in Birmingham, Alabama. Such a fun experience for us!

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t get emotional in this client check in today. 🥹

Trisha’s testimony is one for the books. When she started Enzo she was desperately looking for something that would change the trajectory of her life and THIS happened to be it. ✨

8 Months later, she is OFFICIALLY down 50 lbs and 12.9% body fat. 🎉🎉 It’s changed, not only the way she eats and trains, but the way she lives, works, and does everyday life.
