The World Famous end of year BBQ was a big success. Lots of good food, and friends showed up. A Big thank you to Coach Bressler for the fabulous pulled pork. We look forward to seeing you all next year.

Wrestling BBQ is Tuesday, April 28th 2026

The end of season potluck is on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 in the NPMS cafeteria from 6:00 pm to 8 pm (ish). We’ll have some food, tell some stories and hand out some awards.

The team will provide pulled pork, hotdogs, buns, some chips and lemonade. Usually people bring more chips, desserts, side dishes, devilled eggs, Tater salad or anything else barbeque-ish. Wrestlers will generally eat anything put on the table.

The 50th annual Tanana Invitational wrestling Tournament.

ADVANCED CLASS:

Starting March 2nd we will be starting up the advanced class. This will run from 7:00-8:30pm @ the North Pole Middle School mat room. Any questions please contact Coach Lambert 907-460-2290.

Attentions Parents Attached is information for the Tanana Inviational Tournament
Friday before 4 pm please park on the PAC side of the parking lot as this is where we will come and go from the gym. Please remind everyone not to park like turds, blocking road ways and particularly bus access on the other side of the school.
West Valley's football team is going to help out with directing parking traffic, but it will still be a headache. Again, interior coaches please remind your groups of the parking situation during school hours on Friday.

We need bodies to help set up on Thursday night at about 7:30 pm. We have lots of mats to get into place and taped down.

This is the largest middle school wrestling tournament with over 750 wrestlers attending from across the state.

We are needing lots help with the hospitality room. This feeds our coaches, and referees during the long tournament days. Below is a sign up if you are able to assist.

Our wrestlers did a fabulous job at the conference tournament, this weekend. We have one more tournament to go, the Tanana Invitational next weekend Friday February 27th & 28th at West Valley.
Before I go any further I need to thank all our families for helping to put together a fabulous tournament. From setting up on Friday to the clean up on Saturday, things ran smoothly. A huge shout out to all the local businesses that donated to our silent auction.
Without support from our Admin, parents/families, and local businesses our season would not be as successful.
Last but not least to our coaches for the long hour they put in.
