Trust the process.
Ladies, Putting on muscle isn't easy. You will not get bulking just by lifting weights. It's a very hard balancing act of proper nutrition and working a constant training program.
But I'm loving the progress I have made!

If you're following a program don't be scared to if you're putting on weight. There is a good chance your physique is changing. Sometimes you gotta ditch the scale.
