Another amazing belt ceremony! 🥋👏 Congrats to all our students!
A huge thank-you to Mr. Preston Taylor for putting on such an incredible demo at our August 2025 Texas Regional Belt Testing!
From his form, to his board breaks, to the unforgettable grand finale — that jumping, flying, rolling palm heel strike on 8 cement bricks — the energy was through the roof.
Especially for our brand-new students experiencing their first testing, no doubt they were blown away, and it’s moments like these that inspire the next generation to push themselves further.
Thanks for bringing the skill, the power, and the showmanship, Mr. Taylor! 👏🔥
Sometimes the best moments are the ones that don’t go exactly as planned.
At this weekend’s regional Taekwondo belt testing, Mr. Taylor lit up the room with a jumping, flying, rolling palm heel strike at 8 cement bricks.
First hit? About 5 of them shattered instantly. 💥 He landed, brushed off the debris, and without missing a beat — came right back to finish the job on the remaining bricks.
The crowd went absolutely wild from start to finish. 👊🔥

Nothing beats the sound of a board breaking, except the sound of a student shouting “I did it!” right after. 💥👏
Our BREAK ZONE board breaking class was packed with energy, focus, and some seriously powerful breaks. These students showed up ready to test their technique, challenge themselves, and walk away with proof of their progress in their hands!
Proud of every single one of them. This is what confidence in motion looks like!
