Week 1 of our six-weeks series ✅ On to week two of our series! We’ll be diving into the basics for our new kids or advancing our skills for returning kids.

Every class starts with a warm up to get our muscles loose and ready to move followed by a stretch to increase flexibility and conditioning to build strength.

Each class your child learns 4-6 tricks, transitions, or poses on their apparatus to challenge coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility.
