Sorry for the double post! We have an update for Labor Day!
NRH will only be open from 9am-12:30pm for Fitness Classes, Muay Thai, and BJJ! Come get some early morning training!
Haslet will only be open from 5-8pm for an Open Mat, Grilled foods, and skating! Come roll and hang out!
Come have fun with us at Muay Thai! Mon-Thurs @ 10:30 am & Mon and Weds @ 7:30 pm! Come for a free trial and stay for the community we have at F3.
