📣Facility Update: Richland Tennis Center will be closed on Wednesday, January 28 due to the frigid weather!

**UPDATE: With roads refrozen this Wednesday (1/28/26) morning, the 10 a.m. opening for City Hall and Municipal Court is now pushed back to Noon for in person services. Scheduled virtual court hearings will still be held this morning. If you must get out before thawing occurs, please go slow and allow plenty of space to stop.**
